1. The access code is not transferable. If someone else uses your code, your registration and membership will be suspended with immediate effect.

2. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to let others in at the entrance door during the periods when our reception is not open.

3. Violation of the above two rules will result in a compensation obligation of 50,000 HUF, which our company will enforce against the guest who committed the violation via invoice.

4. Reading the QR code is mandatory both when leaving and entering! This is constantly checked by us.

5. The gym can only be used in clean sports equipment, the use of a change of shoes is MANDATORY!

6. The Guest uses the facilities at his own risk. The Service Provider is not responsible for any accidents that occur during the use of the fitness room and its services.

7. The use of slippers is mandatory in the foyer of the sauna, everyone can use the sauna only at their own risk.

8. It is FORBIDDEN to eat in the gym area, guests may use the rest area for meals.

9. The fitness room prohibits entry if: the person wishing to enter is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.

10. In the fitness room, the Guest may only perform training activities and use the fitness room’s premises, equipment and services at his/her own risk.

11. The Guest is obliged to ensure cleanliness and hygiene, and to wipe down the machines after use.

12. The Guest is obliged to ensure the integrity of the equipment, and is fully financially responsible for any damage attributable to him/her – in the event of improper use.

13. The Guest is obliged to ensure the physical integrity and health of others.

14. The Guest acknowledges that there are cameras in the fitness room area, with the exception of the changing rooms and bathrooms, for the protection of the Guests and the staff, personal and property safety and valuables.

15. Sports drinks, refreshments, and liquids may only be brought into the rooms in sealable, plastic bottles.

16. The Service Provider enters into a separate contract with trainers for the use of the fitness room. The legal relationship between the Guest and the trainer is governed by the contract concluded between them, and the Service Provider bears no responsibility in connection with these contracts.

17. ONLY trainers who have a contract with us may conduct personal training in our room, violation of this will result in immediate exclusion.

18. Guests are required to empty the locker they use at the end of each training session; storing personal items in the lockers overnight is not allowed. Lockers left locked will be opened at night, and any items found inside will be removed. We do not take responsibility for these belongings.
